RETURNS POLICY

Though we go out of our way to do our best to make certain you absolutely love our products and services all sales of our intellectual property are final. However we guarantee up to 365 days if you use the Overnight SEO Consultant Home Study Course and fully implement the instructions and fail to earn back your purchase price [with or without our optional assistance], we will refund your money because we want you to be happy. However, don't purchase if you do not intend to follow through. In that case there is no refund. We give you the tools you need to succeed, but we can't make you use them. Or make you use them correctly.

If for some reason you *fully* implemented the strategies and we feel it necessary to refund your purchase, simply return all products we shipped to you and delete all digital video, audio, and and other files you obtained from us, and ask for a refund.

If you purchased an ongoing membership, such as a monthly continuity program, then we will refund the current portion of the purchase price ie a single month.

In order to obtain a full or partial refund under this policy, physical products must be shipped at your expense to the address listed below, must include your purchase information (such as a copy of your receipt) so that we can make a refund, and the products should be in merchantable condition (i.e. we could resell them because they're in good condition). Damaged or marred products are not refundable since they cannot be resold. Returned physical products may be subject to a re-stocking fee equivalent to no more than 15% of the purchase price or $10, whichever is greater.

Please remember that asking for a refund but continuing to use the products purchased from us is the same thing as stealing and may also violate applicable intellectual property rights law.
